Navigating yourself within the field of psychology can be overwhelming. Here's an opportunity to receive a person-centered mentorship.
Through my work with young adults, as well as my involvement in community mental health spaces, I have developed a grounded understanding of both the opportunities and challenges within the field. I have seen how often individuals feel unclear, overwhelmed, or unsupported when trying to make decisions about their direction and growth within psychology.
This mentorship is shaped by that awareness. It is not about providing fixed answers, but about creating a space for thoughtful reflection, clarity, and self-understanding. Alongside exploring career development and available pathways, we focus on building self-awareness and capacity- supporting you in recognizing your strengths, developing your innate capacities, and understanding how you naturally show up in the work.
The intention is not only to support informed career decisions, but to strengthen your ability to navigate the field with confidence, adaptability, and intention. This includes developing both your internal capacity and your professional direction in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
My approach is collaborative and honest, offering guidance while encouraging you to trust your own thinking, direction, and capacity as you move forward.
