Hayley Lerm

Hello! My name is Hayley Lerm.

I have a passion for working with children. Especially with neurodiverse children.

Creating fun, expressive and joyful spaces for neurodiverse children is my goal. In such an environment, I believe, their capacities may increase through positive learning and assertive behavior management.

In 20201 did my Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology. I also have a keen interest in developmental psychology and neurodiversity studies.

In 2028 I started an ABA internship of two years. During this time, I gained experience in how to help neurodiverse children develop in multiple areas such as communication, receptive understanding and social development. Through continuous learning of child development and neurodiversity, I now practice as an Individualized Learning and Behavioural Support Instructor.

At-Home sessions covered: Brackenfell, Bellville, Durbanville, Kuilsrivier and Kraaifontein.
