Hayley Lerm

I am 24years old and I have a passion for working with children. Especially with neurodiverse children.

Creating fun, expressive and joyful spaces for neurodiverse children is my goal. In such an environment, I believe, their capacities may increase through positive learning and assertive behavior management.

In 2020 I did my Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology. I also have a keen interest in developmental psychology and neurodiversity studies.

In 2023 I started an ABA internship of two years. During this time, I gained experience in how to help neurodiverse children develop in multiple areas such as communication, receptive understanding and social development.

Through continuous learning of child development and neurodiversity, I now practice as an Individualized Developmental and Behavioural Support Instructor.
