Lucca Naude

I am a Registered Counsellor based in Cape Town, South Africa.

I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I value genuine connection and approach counselling with curiosity, empathy, and a focus on helping individuals rediscover their strengths.

I hold a BSc in Human Life Sciences with Psychology from Stellenbosch University, as well as a BPsych Equivalent Honours degree from SACAP.

My practicum experience includes working with children, teachers, and families in school settings, where I supported emotional and social wellbeing and developed ADHD-focused interventions to promote understanding and practical support at both school and home.

I also have experience with young adults in my private practice, navigating a wide range of difficulties & transitions.
